New Client Questions

We’re excited to learn that you would like to schedule a time to meet with us. To schedule a meet and greet, click here and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your appointment. We will reach out to you before your meet and greet to introduce ourselves and to help answer any initial questions you may have.
To ensure we are a perfect fit for you and your pets, we offer free in-home meet and greet consultations. Our in-home meet and greet consultations provide a great opportunity to get to know one another and to ensure your pets are completely comfortable with us. It’s also great for us to discuss in further detail your exact pet care needs and expectations.
We are licensed and equipped with the knowledge and experience to care for any animal. At this time, we are not able to care for farm animals (horses, pigs, chickens, etc).
Yes, yes and yes. We are licensed, insured and bonded and coverage is included in every single one of our visits at no additional cost to you. All of this great information is provided to you if we are lucky enough to care for your pets.

Payment Questions

We proudly accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank account payments, PayPal, cash, and checks. All checks and money orders are payable to HD Pet Care.
Only half. All invoices are emailed out the Friday before we begin service. The invoice you receive will not be due in full until the day you return. We think half now, half later is fair and that’s the payment policy we aim to follow.
There is nothing we take more seriously than safety and security; and that includes the safety and security of your payment information. All payment information is securely processed over a secured e-server by Braintree Payments, a PayPal company. PayPal is the world’s largest online payment service and there is no one we trust more with our own details than PayPal.
We do. Our financing is available to anyone and everyone, no matter the amount of your invoice. Want to go away and worried about the cost of pet care? Let us know you would like to sign up for direct financing and we’ll get you set up. All we need from you is a signature on the bottom of an agreement and you’re invoice will be deferred per the terms both parties agree to. No scary contracts, no scary attorneys and the fees are simple.
